Kitfo mixed with the right amount
of ayib (homemade white curd cheese)
and gomen (sautéed collared greens) and seasoned with
mitmita and
Addis’s seasoned butter. Served on bakery fresh bread.
KOTELETTE
Generous portion choice tenderized
